Testimonials
I first met Sylvain in 2010, when a friend recommended him as a private yoga teacher. I remember very well that he asked me what kind of results I hoped to achieve by working with him. My answer was simple: I wanted to reconnect with myself. At that time, I felt like a zombie at work, disconnected from life, devoid of joy and functioning more like a machine than a human being.
Working with Sylvain, I experienced progressive changes, month after month, year after year. I became more aware of my thoughts, my body and the deep connection between the two .
His coaching was gentle and non-directive; rather than telling me what to do, he helped me become aware of my options and behaviors, encouraging self-observation. What struck me most was that everything Sylvain shared and taught was something he actually experienced himself.
Today I am a loving husband and father and I truly enjoy life. For that, I am deeply grateful.

I couldn't believe that a coach could support me but this one did, in a big way - since then, Sylvain has always been there to listen with optimal results.

SOCRATIC METHOD 2.0 Life Questioning
In coaching using the Socratic method, I adopt a dialogue-based approach, like Socrates in his time, which encourages participants to explore their thoughts, beliefs and assumptions through guided questions.
This method develops critical thinking and self-reflection, allowing people to come to their own awareness and solutions , rather than simply receiving answers.
ATTENTIONAL PRACTICE Concentration
We now refer to this as " attention practice " rather than " meditation " in order to emphasize the practical aspect and the development of skills related to attention training.
This makes it more accessible and suitable for both professional and secular contexts. This change underlines the goal of improving cognitive performance and emotional regulation, without associating it solely with traditional or spiritual practices.
