We should introduce mindfulness from an early age to improve concentration, reduce stress and cultivate emotional balance, which leads to increased well-being and better performance, both in personal and professional life.

MBI - Mindfulness
Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) in business and mindfulness programs for individuals are designed to improve well-being, focus and emotional resilience, but ultimately, it is performance we are talking about, whether personal or collective.

In companies, these interventions help create more attentive and productive work environments, improving collaboration, stress management and decision-making. By integrating mindfulness practices into corporate culture, employees learn to manage distractions, maintain clarity and improve communication, ultimately leading to better team dynamics and innovation.

Method:  MBLT  Mindfulness Based Leadership Training
- Online for team building
1 initial meeting to clarify the situation with the representative(s)
Short sessions (20 to 30 min) weekly online and in teams to stay on course (over a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks in order to establish positive habits)
1 access to the digital platform which allows you to resume your program to follow the instructions and communicate as desired with your companion.
Over 8 consecutive weeks or with occasional adaptation.

- In person during the seminar day in addition to your work program, Team Building, reading lunch, etc.
- Coaching for Board of Directors



Method:  MBSLT  Mindfulness Based Self Leadership Training
For independent or key leaders, our Self Leadership Training program focuses on the comprehensive development of self-management skills through mindfulness.  This training helps you excel both personally and professionally. 

Program: 
- Self-awareness: techniques for getting to know yourself better, clearly identifying your values and emotional triggers. Self-evaluation and biofeedback to better understand physiological and emotional reactions. 
- Emotional regulation: discover methods for dealing constructively with emotions, developing resilience in the face of stress, and strengthening emotional intelligence for better interpersonal interaction. 
- Attention Management: to improve concentration, reduce distractions, manage Infobesity, notifications and prioritize tasks. 
- Motivation and Personal Discipline: strategies for maintaining a high level of motivation and discipline, avoiding procrastination and cultivating regularity in action.
- Developing cognitive skills: improving decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with neuroscience techniques to optimize brain function in a complex work context. 
- Change management and adaptability: techniques for the flexibility needed to achieve goals, for mental agility and new perspectives. 
- Leadership and Personal Influence: Inspiring and guiding authentically, even without a formal leadership role, focusing on active listening, explemplarity and neuroleadership.
- Life balance and physical and mental energy management: know the tools to improve this balance, for healthy, ethical and sustainable performance, including integrating Corporate Yoga, breathing, secular meditation and regulating sleep.




MBI  for Individuals:  mindfulness programs help cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment, improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, and increase overall life satisfaction. Through practices such as mindfulness practice sometimes called meditation, breathing exercises, and walking meditations, participants gain greater control over their mental and emotional states, thereby enhancing their personal and professional growth.
